Aloha and welcome to Kauai Tropical Timbers (KTT) where you can learn about investing in our valuable exotic hardwoods grown in Kauai. Because of the ever-increasing shortage of exotic timber globally, growing tropical hardwoods is a high-potential investment that is ecologically sound. We have been growing exotic trees for years, and have experienced high quality at our forestry project. Kauai, Hawaii, is ideal for our horticultural needs because the soil is fertile, the rainfall is plentiful, and the warm tropical sun gives us a wonderful, year-round growning season.

Simply stated, we are a partnership created to grow trees. This endeavor is designed to achieve a profit, while simultaneously demonstrating a responsible attitude towards the environment. We are a business that was created with a vision, to establish an economic model around forestry where jobs are created and local economy is stimulated. This will be achieved not only by the reforestation process, but also by the future establishment of businesses related to the harvesting, milling and manufacturing of the wood product.

We will maintain a responsible attitude towards the environment so that practices utilized to achieve the business goals will always focus on the ecological impact. The attitude is not only to avoid any negative impact on the ecology, but to benefit it whenever and wherever feasible.
